Blackout Theatre Company

Founded by Lauren Bamber and Emily Gleaves, Blackout Theatre Company is a youth group based Over Wyre with performances held at Thornton Little Theatre and Blackpool Sixth Form College Theatre. Our first production of John Godber's 'Teechers' was a huge success in August 2015 with 19 members. This year we take on Willy Russell's 'Blood Brothers' and a musical theatre compilation show, 'An Evening of Musicals' with 32 members involved. Our projects take the form of week-long summer schools. All rehearsals and performances take place in this week. All our team are passionate and strive to make the best theatre we can.
