The Shinfield Players Scenic award in memory of Pat Barr is presented annually for the best self-built scenery in the region.  The winner is decided by an independent panel of judges

Socieites are nominated for this award by their Regional Representative.  

Entries will be accepted for all shows that took place between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025

Entries must be submitted by 10 April 2025

BUILD CRITERIA

Sets must be actually built by the the society themselves - in other words a "home" built set, and not a hired in set, or a 'kit' which has been put together.

SCENIC AWARD PHOTO CRITERIA

Electronic colour photographs should be taken of the set/scenes for information of the awards panel.  Some of these photographs should ideally be without the cast on the set so that the full impact can be appreciated, and some with members of the cast so that the perspective can be appreciated.  A maximum of 8 photographs only to be submitted for a play and between 10 and 15 for a musical
