Well known for performing pantos and modern farces in their Church Hall, Arrow decided to go legit with Osacr Wilde's best play and delighted their audience with his witticisms and convoluted plot. Ingenious use of their small stage provided the two opulent upper-class rooms required, while the garden in Act 2 fitted nicely onto the forestage. Characters were well defined by every cast member with the untruths coming glibly off their tongues until the true identities were discovered and we realised that nothing was really in earnest.
