Spamalot

A really good show; not afraid to embrace the "silly". All the classic Python sketches were there and so well performed, together with the big production numbers which Idle added. Strong characterisations and funny lines, welll delivered, together with the singing and dancing which this company does so well. Great costuming and use of props and a good set, really added so much. Everyone threw themselves into the show with the chorus working so hard as Finnish dancers, knights, showgirls and stereotypical French characters. Lovely little comic moments added great detail and great prinicpal performances made this a great show. With good choreography and excellent solos, slick staging and a good use of effects, this was another success for IODS.
