Little Red Riding Hood

Home grown pantomimes can be of variable quality. All the ingredients were evident in this DAODS offering, with gags hopefully over the heads of children and sufficient silliness to keep everyone entertained. There was also an interesting variety of songs, not all of them necessarily familiar to the audience, well fitted or adapted to the narrative. There was no doubting the commitment or enthusiasm of the cast in what was very much an ensemble production which succeeded in keeping adults and children alike entertained.
