Quince Players, Cordes Hall
Ensemble numbers were all highlights - with some real show stoppers - and a lot of people were moved around the stage well. There was a simple set, which helped with maintaining the pace and some good central performances, supported by a large and strong chorus. It was an enjoyable production to watch. The music was very good, not only the actual songs but the instrumentals and linking music. There was rarely a moment without some music playing, it seemed, and that was a really good effect. A nice mix of younger performers and more experienced players. A lovely company feel, as ever.
