Arrow’s 51st annual home-written family-friendly Panto, brilliantly celebrated their 50th Anniversary (with their original leading lady still taking an important role) with jokes, songs and routines put over by their expert comedians (and the Giant!), impressive juvenile singing and dancing chorus and a touchingly lovely leading couple. Superb costumes and scenery including a practical beanstalk climbed by cast members who disappeared into the tiny roofspace (twice, as there was a scene halfway up!) and reappeared from below as if by magic.
