This was the first time I have seen the updated version of this musical there was new narration from Kipps which I thought worked well giving the piece continuity. There several new numbers all of which were catchy and tuneful. I really liked the cricket match which was great fun and replaced the Regatta; however I did miss ‘The Party’s on the House’!
There were some fine performances from the principals and the whole performance was charming and entertaining.
