What a hilarious night in the company of the characters from this very popular TV series. Peter Power was very good as René the hapless café owner, well matched by Mandy Young, playing his wife. His girl friend and waitress were very well acted by Sheilagh May (Yvette) and Martina McCollum (Mimi). Sam Young was very funny as Monsieur LeClerc, introducing the radio disguised as a parrot in a cage. Police Officer Crabtree was excellent as the man with the mixed words. The resistance leader was played by Andrea Brodie, and leading the German contingent was Damien Wynne as the Colonel. His Italian counterpart was well played by Dave Cadman, whose visit to the cinema with Helga was hilarious when he finished up with his fingers in the mousetrap.

Herr Flick, the Gestapo, was brilliantly played by Martin McLean, and Jeff Surma was very good as Lt. Gruber. With so many hilarious comedy scenes it is impossible to mention them all. With such an excellent show two of the four nights were sold out, so well done, STARS.
