Addams Family

This show was well cast throughout.  With a shortage of men the characters of Lurch and Fester worked well being female, and each actor adapted to that swap very ably.    The make-up was generally good and I liked the idea of all-grey costumes for the ancestors.  With a very strong and talented principle line-up and ensemble, the show moved at a good pace and was a delight to watch. The choreography, under the direction of Jacky Logan, was well executed and looked very accomplished.  It’s always a good idea to set dances that everyone can do thus giving the impression that everyone on the stage is an accomplished dancer – even if they aren’t! Working with backing tracks is never easy as they are so unforgiving, but the entire cast coped well and produced a super evening's entertainment.
