This R&H compilation, given by the Director a story of a theatre due for demolition invaded on its last night by the local Amateurs who sing and form (or don’t form) relationships with each other, with no words added and in the original order, sometimes stretched credibility or voices, but with the added frisson of spotting the shows (including Allegro, Pipe Dream, Me and Juliet and the television special Cinderella) provided an interestingly different evening, brilliantly accompanied by the MD.
