NODA SOUTH WEST NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of NODA South West will be held on:

Date: Sunday 22nd March 2026

Time: 11 am

Venue: The Walnut Tree Hotel, North Petherton, Somerset TA6 6QA

This meeting is free to attend and open to all NODA member societies and individual members within the Region.

Agenda and reports will be circulated prior to the meeting.

If you wish to submit an item under Any Other Business (AOB), please send details in writing to the Regional Secretary no later than 21 days before the meeting. No additional AOB items will be accepted on the day.

If you are unable to attend, you may appoint the Chairman of the meeting as your proxy by notifying the Regional Secretary in writing before the meeting date.
