EAST MIDLANDS REGIONAL DAY 

Your regional team is excited to tell you all about our Regional day. You are all invited and we hope to get a record attendance as we have so many exciting trophies and certificates to award to a record number of societies across the region.

Melton Campus, Asfordby Road, Melton Mowbray LE13 0HJ. Sunday 9th June 2024.

Doors open at 11.30 am (tea and coffee will be served) for a 12 noon start.

The day will include the AGM, some very talented young people to entertain you, unch, a raffle, and the chance to meet other societies and your regional representatives and assistants.
Your society will receive an invitation but you can order your ticket here. Just £10 per person which will help pay for the venue and include a light lunch.

POSTER AND PROGRAMME -  Barnes (Up to 12 pages including cover)
                                                     Perkins (16 to 20 pages including cover)
                                                     Peacock (24 pages and over)
                                                     and The Tailby Trophy (Posters)

All these awards will be presented at the East Midlands Regional Day on Sunday 9th June 2024.  I hope to see you all there, at least 2 representatives from each group will be invited.
