Annual General Meeting
As we fastly approach April and our Gala Weekend, which I am very pleased we are able to have "in person" this year instead of via Zoom, I thought I would send out the AGM papers.
You will see attached are the minutes from last year's AGM which was conducted via Zoom, together with the Agenda for our 2022 AGM and the nomination papers.
You will see we still have some vacancies in some districts which are:
District 1 - vacant from the AGM as Geoff Haywood will be standing down
District 3 - vacant from the AGM as Tony Harris will be standing down
District 8 - You will see, however I am pleased to say we do have an Assistant Regional Rep - Darren Smith
District 13 - vacant since 2020
You will also see a nomination form for the role of Regional Councillor, this is not because I am standing down however, it is because this role has to be voted in each year as with the role of Regional Representative, anyone can be nominated for any of the roles. You will see any nomination forms need to be in by Friday 25th March.
