Come along to see how our four explorers get a long on a Lake District Team Building event like no other. Meet the team: Fay, the quiet unassuming one who knows far more than she shares; Julie, the organised one who takes the Girl Scout motto of 'being prepared' to a whole new level; Denise, the sarcastic one who, to say she struggles with life in the outdoors could be the understatement of the summer; and Sheila, the leader who needs to do some quick thinking if they are ever going to make it off the island with anything resembling their sanity. A play by Tim Firth full of warm wit, superb one liners and of course the odd poignant moment. Transforming our Village Hall stage in to Rampsholme Island has not been easy and working out how to manage a gyrfalcon, a cobra knife and muddy puddles safely has also been a challenge. But watching our four leading ladies develop performances which will have you laughing and crying in equal measure has been truly inspirational. Definitely one not to be missed.
