You Never Can Tell

Proscenium’s first invitation to their Rep to review a performance since they joined NODA in 2011 (though founded in 1924!) found them in great form in a rather lighter mood than many of their productions with the high comedy of Shaw’s play well understood by the actors from the twins (superbly played by real teenagers) and their family via the pompous Queen’s Counsel to his father the brilliantly comedic, philosophical waiter. Suggested rather than realistic scenery served the piece well.
