What can I say, every time I visit St Pauls Drama Group, I’m excited with apprehension and this year was no different. Taking in Paul Ferguson and Lacey Corder to direct and choreograph is a wise move for St Pauls. This OZ was slicker and moved along swifter and had pace. Good movement from the ensemble by Lacey - good move St Pauls.

Paul and Lacey you chose your cast wisely: Steph Healey (Dorothy) worked well together with Derek Elmore (Aunt Em). What a great performance from Sally Murphy (Scarecrow) and teamed with Lion (Adam Wigmore) and Shannon Turner as Tin Man, all very nice characterizing from these three. Set was simple but effective. Sound (Chas Alder), costumes were colourful and all sound effects perfect. Paul and Lacey, you did St Pauls proud. Others in the cast supporting the leads were Andy Soper, Jon Selmes, Mel Newman, Kelly Harrington, Nick Swain, Paul Harris, Colin Parker, Sharon Divers, Steve Manning, Janine Davis, Lorraine Camp, Robyn Harris, Clare Watton, and Keith Jackson (yes we knew you were the ghost.)

Thank you for inviting my guest and I - we had a jolly evening at St Pauls Drama Group.

Just one gripe. Wrong NODA logo on programme and Poster.
