The Snow Queen’ was a brand new pantomime presented by the long established Bridgwater Pantomime Society. This new adaptation came from the regular team of writers Keith & Margaret Robinson, & Richard J Porter. They also directed the production which was interestingly different, and certainly for me a welcome change from more mainstream pantomimes.

A beautiful background of magnificent wintery and chilly scenery, splendid costumes, good sound, lighting and effects provided excellent surroundings for the large company. They in turn provided amusing characters, excellent music, singing and dancing which entertained local audiences with seasonal entertainment.

On the night I attended, the enthusiastic company performed to a large audience of school children who noisily enjoyed every moment of the action.
