After a seven year absence for theatre rebuild and refurbishment, CODA made a resoundingly successful return to the Ashcroft Playhouse at the Fairfields Hall. A strong principal line up supported by a talented company made the most of all the comic potential of the Mel Brooks story, with its larger than life characters, clever lyrics and the wonderfully poor taste production numbers generated by “Springtime for Hitler”.
