An early Christmas treat for the local children, this spectacular production, costumed and built "in house" to professional standards as were the puppets including the Lion-size Lion, was played to the full by the large cast of adults and two alternating teams of juniors. Narnia looked quite beautiful with projected backings and superb lighting when the four Pevensey children (strongly characterised in each team) reached it, and their struggle to rid it of the evil White Witch was applauded by all.
