In celebration of their 120-year history HLO gave us an enjoyable version of this Gilbert & Sullivan staple exploring the ‘monarchy versus republic’ debate.
The company gave us a good vocal rendition of the score arranged solely for the Yamaha EL-900 electronic organ, which though disconcerting, was very effective in performance.
Well done to all involved in the production.
