Take Your Seat and I am glad I did. It’s always nice to see something that is different. Take Your Seat was certainly that, we started with some extremely professional filming featuring the cast in many guises and situations. This being thanks to Jason Butcher. Lots of excellent props by Rebbeca Currier and Francesca Butcher, super sound by Dave Neal. I thought the programme gave us good information and the design by Kay Suzanne was also professional easy to read. Great photos and artwork is perfect!!

Heading the cast of thirteen was Adam J as our narrator and Adam kept the flow of the show jogging along nicely, with his very good Scottish accent and his take on Dorothy/granny from Mrs Doubtfire with some corny jokes in there. Nice characterisation Adam, well you made me titter. Director and writer Rebecca Currier being a wheelchair user herself gave us a night at the movies a cleverly directed, whether the cast were wheelchair users or not. You certainly got your point across that everyone can reach their goal in life. I wished I’d would have known which others in the cast were wheelchair users. But did that matter? You were all supporting each other in this piece of theatre. Everyone in the cast had their time to shine, those being Adam  H, Bethany, Bradley, Chesca, Kathryn. Kay, Nat, Renee, RJ, Tamsyn, and Troy. Musical Director Kay Wright and Choreographer Francesca Butcher gave their cast some catchy songs and dance (all done sitting in either a wheelchair or a chair) even some fancy tapping clever..!! Boom Hush you gave us a nice evening at the Avenue theatre, and at the movies, it was as I said earlier nice to see something different and all for your nominated charity Whizz Kids they will be very grateful to you.
