Sweet Charity

ROS's new young Production Team, faced with the challenge of Bob Fosse's Dance Musical, provided simpler but attractive movement and dancing appropriate for their cast's abillities, amazingly fully involving a wheelchair, even in a chorus kick line. Allied with superb principal characterisation and singing, versatile doubling of smaller roles, a fully committed ensemble and great technical support, the fine comedy has helped me to forget poor Charity's experiences in Central Park lake.
