This production differed in some ways from the normal style with a script that was largely centered on a Magic Mirror which moved around and talked to the audience, Richard Goodall was the Magic Mirror, he did indeed give a fine if rather unusual performance. Wendy Westmoreland was a charming and very convincing Snow White. Alex Bush (Queen Grizabella) played the baddie role with great relish and enthusiasm. The comedy was in the hands of Trevor Jones (Plink) and Sue Sheppard (Plonk) who kept the show bubbling along as they joked with each other. The Dwarves were well organised but I would have liked to have seen them give greater contribution. The show was very well choreographed especially as it was such a very large company to organise. The band gave excellent accompaniment to the production.
