This was a traditional Panto in the traditional style, which always goes down very well, and old favourite with updated music this panto was lively from start to finish.

They opened with “Come Alive”  (Greatest Showman) and the story told by a vision in shocking pink and gold (Fairy Fortune played by Dianne Hayes), and we had the Evil Queen ( Ceri Periam) . Snow White (Katie Routley) in perfect costume and a lovely winning personality. The Prince (Hollie Kempson) who slapped her thigh at every opportunity. The Dame (Edna Bucket) played by David Middleton had all the right attitude and gave us some lovely jokes and one liners, with the help of his sidekick Chuckles (Pete Routley). Old and young alike appreciated the running gag about phones and tablets.

The seven Dwarfs, well six dwarfs and a tall one. Were great, the six stayed on their knees every time they were on, which must have been extremely difficult, and Dozy was just right,

We had it all in this panto, cheering, booing and hissing, good silly comedy (Oh Yes We Did) sing a long songs and along with fabulous costumes and good choreography. The audience loved every minute and the youngsters got to have photos with cast members at the end. A lovely evenings entertainment.
