SNOW WHITE

Snow White at the Coliseum Theatre the one loved by millions. This highly acclaimed company attract talent and here once again we had a wealth of exceptional performers. Jennifer Cule, a glittering Fairy of Goodness with perfect diction set the scene perfectly. A lively, well choreographed chorus showed us their village life with very good reactions especially with Juggles the Jester, a showstopper performance from full of energy Bethan John !
We all wait for Snow White to appear and this was a lovely characterisation by Sarah Knight her golden voice blending with Prince Peter of Plutonia played to perfection by handsome James Dyer. The Voice of the Mirror Stuart Young controlled this demanding role and commanding the stage impeccably was Julie Griffiths as The Evil Queen Rigamort, terrifying and fascinating, a very skilfully played performance. Then the Dame of all Dames Derek Williams as Dame Dolly Daffodil arrived, so experienced with great classic comedy timing, the audience, roared with laughter on every appearance. Seven energised cute Dwarfs marched around the stage to innovative choreography, for all the children’s delight, Damon, Zoe, Maliwen, Brogan, Rhys, Elis, and Bailey well done!
The Monkey, Keiran Prior was a great hit. Stunning costumes by ACE Costumiers  swift and silent backstage, spectacular lighting, and crisp sound, nothing overlooked.   
Congratulations Colstars Director Derek Williams M.D. Michael Jones and Choreographer Bethan John all the cast and those involved giving so much to bring fun and happiness, making a great half term treat for all!
