Scrooge - the Musical

Ricky scored with assured principals, both real life and in the spirit world, and a versatile and committed chorus (also undertaking the many smaller parts) in Leslie Bricusses's sanitised version of Dickens's Christmas tale. Costumed entirely from their own Wardrobe department (which has a huge stock available for hire) and well miked to keep individual words audible, their efforts were only hindered by the difficult oversized hired scenery which precluded most of the magic effects, and the orchestra which drowned the chorus singing.
