We were treated (on a very hot day) to one of literatures best known stories.

The Darling Children, Wendy, (Clare Smith) John ( Cariad Reeson) and Peter ( Oryn Paders-Ball) and parents Mr Darling( Keith Weight) and Mrs Darling ( Natasha Richards) all gave us lovely performances, Peter (Rhianna Thomas) gave a very good strong performance and she kept in character to the end.

Lucy O'Hara as Tinkerbell ( who should have been just a light) was a joy to watch and went through the whole thing without uttering a word, just using her bells.

Captain Hook ( Jon Stow ) and Smee ( Mo Fielding) gave us lovelt comedy moments.

The Lost Boys and Girls, and the Pirates/Indians were well rehearsed and the singing and movement was good, The whole society worked well together and I am still impressed with the way this society dealt with the use of unforgiving backing tracks. I did feel especially sorry for Michelle Brice ( Nana) and again Keith Weight ( Crocodile) for having to wear their costumes on a very hot day, they must have been melting.

The " sewing of the shadow and the flying scene were very well set and gave a lovely effect and there was some very clever direction.

This was a first visit to this society, and like a lot of smaller societies there are many people who have to Multi-task. I was met in the car park by Keith Weight, who also is Chairman, Director, set design and Played Mr Darling, and looking at the programme there are many people who do the same, this help is crucial to smaller societies and I am sure that they do appreciate it a great deal.

Thanks you for your invitation and I hope to see you again.
