A rarely performed musical based on a true story that had real dramatic quality.  This show had it all and was a truly stunning production with a large strong and talented cast telling a classic tale of prejudice and hysteria in the southern United States

I found the show engaging on so many levels, excellent songs, stunning spectacle and a really meaty plot all conspired to drag you in and hold your attention throughout.
