Four middle aged men on a survival challenge course on Team Building are lost in the Lake District but manage to get to a small island soaking wet and frightened they will not be rescued.  They work together and have done for many years but being isolated, wet and hungry their relationships start to crumble.  The setting, with the audience on either side, was well depicted as a small but dry area surrounded by water, woodland and uninviting.  This performance was an example of good co-operation, concentration and well thought out ideas from the Director (Carolyn Craven) and the cast of 4 very able actors..Neville (Bernard Wildon) was the Leader, Gordon (Bryan Craven) the comedian with good one liners, Angus (Graham Siddle) the quiet, thoughtful & precise character and Roy (Graham James) just recovering from a breakdown.  The acting and characterisations from all 4 were excellent and held the attention of the whole audience. The lighting and sound affects were well handled by Paul Harding, Tina Nutt and Liz Coggins.  The costumes were also excellent & it was good to see at their first appearance that they were really soaked. Their stripping off and changing to dry clothes was efficiently handled and natrural.  The whole was an excellent piece of theatre which every one in the sell out audience appreciated.
