Made in Dagenham

After a slightly uncertain start in which uncertain pick up of dialogue cues slowed pace, the production got into its stride through the efforts of a strong principal line up supported by a powerfully voiced company. Individual characters were well drawn, although in a couple of cases performances could actually have been dialled up given the size of the venue. Choreography had the right 60s feel and made the most of the varying dance talents available. There were individually strong vocal performances along with the customary WWOS company wall of sound with sympathetic orchestral support which never threatened to overpower.
