The harmonies were well achieved and in the main well acted; however the show seemed to lack pace. The large ensemble scenes were very enjoyable and acted with genuine enthusiasm – which was well drilled and very entertaining for the audience. In the main this was a delightful production and the women’s tap routine in ‘Tap Your Troubles Away’ was a real highlight, performed with great enthusiasm and grace.
