London Road

Sedos continue to successfully explore different aspects of theatre with both courage and confidence.  This was unusual, billed as a musical it was quite unique in that the “music” was drew on personal interviews and the rhythm reflected the lilt of Suffolk based speech.

The plot revolved around how the community in London Road Ipswich dealt with and eventually overcame the problems around being the site of five red light district murders by a local serial killer.  Well written and full ranging this was a piece that really engaged the audience from start to finish.  With all the performers playing multiple parts it gave us the chance to see some fantastic action and the audience were held spellbound throughout.
