Superbly designed "lightboxes" changing colour(s) for each scene gave a wonderful setting for the fairytale of airhead Elle turning into successful lawyer via Harvard despite the efforts of the man she followed there and others. As a production company, recruiting anew the cast for each show, Encore assembled a fine set of principals, twelve young ladies who danced and sang brilliantly in various combinations and a fully integrated ensemble. Great production values, costumes, props and stage dressings  and magnificent choreography.
