This is one of the iconic shows of the early 1970’s using much of the cultural upheavals that were around at the time and drawing parallels to the passion of Christ. This production whilst retaining the essence of the show gave things a different twist. Advanced ticket sales meant the show had sold out some six weeks before opening night, testimony to the show’s massive appeal.
