I spent a lovely afternoon with the group at there show.
An entertaining mix to mark the 70 years of our great Queen.
Starting with Mike Andrews as the Town Cryer announcing the Platinum Jubilee.
Going back to Shakespeare “Mike” meeting up with Dr Who “Peter Gutteridge” to tell the story via the
galaxy, taking us through the decades from the 50 upwards with what was going on in the years by
Newsreader “Dawn Hollington” what changes their were in house, car, petrol prices you would be
amazed.
The cast of 13 each gave there best in this novel show.
We were shown amusing adverts though the years and sketches from St Trinian's,Thunderbirds,
Coronation Street, Allo Allo, the two Ronnies (Forks), “Mark Ward & Mike”, Pete & Dud “Richard
Harker & Peter” good singing by Nikki and cast, Amnesia spoken by Karen Ward very funny and others
in the cast compilation numbers Chris Hughes, Estelle Hughes, Helen Kuster, David Pile, Jenny Sibley.
