The Haven Players are famous for their yearly musical presentations and this was one with a difference.  It was a presentation which crossed the membership generations in ideal fashion, taking the form of a meeting to decide what the programme should be and of course, performing all the songs and dance in great style - styles to suit all age groups.  The cast were all in good voice and the dances were excellent and well choreographed by the team of choreographers.  There were lots of costume changes, all very effective for the styles of the song and dance performed and the different levels of the set gave the audience the opportunity to see everyone on stage.  I was intrigued to read in the programme that aerial equipment had been provided and this was used to great effect by two cast members doing trapeze work through hoops.  The whole evening was much enjoyed by the audience and the enjoyment of those on stage certainly came through.  Congratulations to all concerned, whether performing or working behind the scenes.
