The Yoxalls' method of celebrating Christmas with three of the family performing leading roles and the remaining one on follow-spot (not to mention virtually every other task in preparation for the performances) was well supported by a twenty-three-strong juvenile chorus and dancers although, with various adult stalwarts missing, the lack of experience in their substitutes was often obvious. A shame their worthwhile effort to save pantomime in Greenford, well appreciated by the returning young experts in the audience, could not find support from HEOS members waiting for Made in Dagenham in April.
