Dangerous Liaisons

It is always a joy to be invited to see new work, and this intriguing collaborative creation was really thought-provoking and innovative. The technical dance ability was superb (we expect no less from a Sedos show!), but we were also just blown away by the acting and characterisation. The lighting design was a real boon to this production, enhancing the mood of many scenes, and the set was thoughtful and simple but evocative. The main layout, with a plain, pale brick wall and lots of open space, was well-designed for a dynamic dance show, and was also very versatile, easily transforming into different locations with lots of opportunities for different entrances and exits.
