Carlinghow have a very strong tradition of producing excellent pantomimes and this one was up to the expected standard. Cinderella (Olivia Griffin) was most convincing in her role acting and singing with great confidence and was indeed a very beautiful Princess Crystal. Gareth Jones was very much at home in the role of Buttons he was I thought very impressive in keeping the audience involved. Prince Charming played by Lisa Cockroft was impressive and confident and she was well aided and abetted by her servant Dandini (Georgia Roche) The show was well balanced by some fine contributions from the other principals with smaller contributions. The show was much enhanced by some brilliant choreographed numbers by both the senior and junior dancers they were a delight to watch. The sets were very well designed and organised but I would prefer stronger colouring used on the back screens. The sound and lighting was of excellent quality as were all the costumes. Much to admire from all concerned.
