Christmas Celebration in Music

Even though the Singers numbers were depleted somewhat, due members suffering from long Health problems and the usual winter aliments, this proved to be a very enjoyable Christmas concert. It had a well-balanced selection of old and new Christmas songs together with few tradition carols with audience participation. I particularly enjoyed the Rumours of Angels Selection, Seeker and Dreamers was excellent

It did seem a little odd to have the MC speaking from his position from within the Choir, I am not sure whether the MDs music stand prevented some of the audience from seeing him, but he did an excellent job with some very amusing observations and antidotes.

A very enjoyable evening one again.
