A play based around a group of women who take on the, now annual, moonwalk.  Raising money to fight breast cancer drew memories for everyone who has ever been involved in this form of fund raising.  Each member of the group had an interesting personal back story, which gave them a cohesion born from similar experiences. The doubts everyone has about sufficient training, the pace, the organisation on the day etc were well explored.  Well observed and beautifully written, this play worked its magic well.

During the second act members of the cast who played the more minor roles gave us a parade of really well costumed characters that reinforced the sort of individuals who participate in sponsored walks.  Both eccentric and authentic this was an excellent idea.
