Calendar Girls

Based on the film of a true story and made popular by an amazing film, this was a real delight and was appreciated by a large and enthusiastic audience.  Closely following the plot of the film meant this was a familiar tale that everyone knew in advance making establishing the feel of the characters.  I was particularly impressed by the authentic sounding Yorkshire accents that added to the play grounding it in its natural setting.
