'Buddy' The Buddy Holly Story

A show that swept the audience along with it, concluding with folks on their feet, dancing and singing and clapping along. A night they will remember for a long time to come. Buddy and the Crickets (Daniel Flynn with Craig, Will and Jonhnny) worked well together both vocally and instrumentally (how long did they practice?). Along with Big Bopper and Richie Valens (Richard Armstrong/James Buckley) a very energetic pair, Norman and Vi Petty (Peter and Conise) the recording managers and two dynamic performers at the Apollo (Angie and Alyce) - all played super characters but that is only mentioning a few - in fact the whole cast played well and the band at the end was great. Sets, lighting and costumes were striking, making a tremendous show for the enthusiastic audience.Well done all.
