Beauty and the Beast

This was a very good show, inspired by the Disney animated film and reflected it rather well. All of the characters were easily recognisable both by their costumes and in their characterisations.  This show is a wonderful piece of theatre for any amateur society to perform and their enthusiasm for performing it, was easily transferred to the audience, many of whom giving a standing ovation during the curtain calls.
