Wow! What a show from the opening number to the curtain calls we were entertained by a company that had the whole audience in the palm of their hands

This some parts were double cast, and we were watching the 1st teams performance so I can only comment on those that were cast on the Saturday Matinee.

Lucy Evans as Violet and Christine Brooks as Judy were all outstanding in their roles. As was Alys Williams as Doralee. Close your eyes and at times you could have been listening to Dolly herself. These three principals were perfectly suited, and they worked together extremely well. Congratulations on great performances,

Dan Williams as Franklyn Hart Jr, the man you love to hate, gave another stellar performance. If this were panto we would have been booing and hissing every time he appeared.

I love a comedy role, and Gemma Thorne as the lovelorn Roz did not disappoint. She was everything I expected from the role and more. Well done

As with many societies these days the male chorus must switch into many roles and they did it with style,

The choreography was good, and it the chorus had obviously worked very hard on that and also the music, and there was a lot for them to learn

I was impressed with the scenery and the scene changes which were slick and efficient.

I thoroughly enjoyed the performance and I and the audience went out smiling and singing, what more could you ask,

Congratulations to the production team and the cast on a superb production.
