75th Anniversary Concert

This concert was a collaboration between the adult and youth sections of the Colstars and what a success this proved to be. It was nice to see the experience of the adult members and the energy and enthusiasm of the youth members making such a great combination. A very well thought out concert, full of show stopping numbers and spanned many years, everything from classic shows to some very new offerings.

The company were all in fine voice and, as always, the harmonies in the choral elements were beautiful, backed with excellent musical accompaniment from the competent musicians under the direction of Nathan Jones.

The company were ably supported by guest artists Richard Lee Thomas and Jemima Nicholas. Compere for the evening was Adrian Thomas.

It would be wrong to single out performers as this concert was a celebration of the whole company so it is to the company that I say thank you and I look forward to seeing many more productions in the future.
