Spenborough Centenary Show - Evita

PROUDLY PRESENT ‘EVITA’

In this, our centenary year, we are proud to announce that tickets are now bookable for our forthcoming production of the fantastic Sir Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s musical ‘EVITA’.    We waited a long time to announce this show due to it being performed professionally at Bradford Alhambra earlier this year but we have an amazing cast of very talented people performing this amazing piece of theatre and with rehearsals in full swing we would like you to come along to see this epic story of the world famous Eva Peron and how she worked her way up the ladder from rags to riches to become first lady of Argentina in the 1940’s.   I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Performances take place Tuesday 20th to Saturday 24th November each evening, commencing at 7.15pm and also a matinee on Saturday at 2.15pm.   The centre balcony ticket prices are £14 and the stalls £12 and I would be delighted to book these on your behalf if you could please let me know either by return email or telephone 07729360123/01274 404585.   

The society are enjoying an amazing centenary year  - we presented the 70’s musical ‘Boogie Nights’ in May, our youth section gave a wonderful production of ‘The Phantom Of The Opera’ in July, astounding all our audiences with the wonderful singing voices of both principals and ensemble alike, we enjoyed a great celebration dinner-dance at Healds Hall, Liversedge, in September and here we are now presenting our final show in this, our hundredth birthday year - ‘EVITA’.
