At the recent Noda North East Committee meeting David Streeter, outgoing Councillor, presented Les Smith with is collaret as he takes over the mantle as Noda North East Regional Councillor. Les has served as Noda North East Regional Rep for District 5 for the past 6 years and in his words has loved every minute of the time.
