Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Get ready for a magical, madcap adventure perfect for the whole family!

Set in the delightfully quirky village of Tickle on the Toe, the story unfolds around Brouhaha’s Circus, owned by the fabulous and formidable Dame Babushka Brouhaha—a larger-than-life character bursting with flair and foolishness. Her daughter, the kind and fair-haired Goldilocks, is full of curiosity and courage, and soon finds herself befriending three rather unexpected circus guests: the warm and loving Mummy Bear, the loyal and hardworking Daddy Bear, and their cheeky, playful cub Baby Bear.

But trouble is never far away! Enter the sly and slippery Al Fresco, owner of the rival Fresco’s Circus, who’ll stop at nothing to steal the Three Bears for his own show. With the help of the enchanting Fairy Rainbowglow, Goldilocks and the Bears set out to foil his plans—but not without a few twists, tumbles, and a whole lot of laughs along the way.

One of the show’s comic highlights is a hilarious schoolroom scene under the big top, where the Bears become the newest—and most mischievous—pupils. Their poor teacher doesn’t stand a chance!

Adding to the madness are Babushka’s lovable but hapless son Billy Brouhaha, a circus clown with more enthusiasm than sense, and the bendy, bold (and slightly besotted) Rita Razzmatazz, a funny acrobat with her sights set firmly on Billy—wedding bells may even ring by the finale! Meanwhile, the doddery old Squire Skifflepants finds himself unexpectedly roped into circus life, much to everyone’s surprise.

And that’s not all… keep an eye out for the mysterious Crystall Ball, who sees far more than she lets on, and the unforgettable Hairy Poppins—the bearded lady with a song in her heart and sass to spare!

With a vibrant chorus of circus folk, dazzling costumes, catchy songs, and classic panto gags, this year’s production promises non-stop fun and laughter from start to finish. Whether you're three or ninety-three, there's something for everyone under this big top.

Kays Pantomime is back—and as always, we’re bringing top-quality family entertainment, magical storytelling, and unforgettable characters to the stage.
